If only invoices needed, get Adobe acrob plus. Lets you edit any pdf like a word document. Even converts a jpg scan into pdf and then edit it.

I have done this for over 6 years and only had one bounce, whether it was an invoice, bank statement, business license, etc.

Worth every penny spent on it.

There are freeware PDF editors that work exactly the same without the expense. PDF exchange editor is one option but there's plenty of ways to edit PDFs.

I've used basic MS paint, worked well in the past, but stopped working for me. I keep getting auto-rejection. Not sure what changed, maybe AI is detecting my elementary craftwork hah. Looking for big brands like honeywell, LG, Sony, etc.

Why not master the craft yourself and hone your skills to professional level, instead of throwing money at a dodgy service that's likely to rip you off? :typing:

Ok here's what I'm doing...

Using a legitimate old invoice and updating the below.. I screenshot the pdf, paste it onto paint, make the updates, then save it back as a pdf.
-Shipping address/billing address to match exactly what's on Amazon account.
-Modifying product/quantity to match the target brand/ASIN.
-Updating the invoice date to a recent date.

Question is.. Are they actually calling to verify the invoice? If so, that could explain the rejections, but these rejections are instant so its AI related. This invoice is from B&H Photo, I know it's a retailer and they say not to, but how the hell does AI know that?

Paint can't save to a PDF file, but if if could the metadata would show the program it was created with, you should print it out then scan it or take a photo.


How does AI know what? obviously it can recognise it a invoice from B&H Photo, its knows that is a retailer, and the prompt will have instructed it not to accept invoices from retailers.

Why don't you try uploading your PDF to your favourite AI tool and ask it if it thinks it a genuine invoice and if it thinks it will be accepted by AMZ and if not why not.

I actually just tried this with a random B&H Photo invoice i found on google and this was the result:

AMZN does call your vendor,I am surprised they do not ask for an official invoice with the supplier name,address and phone on its own stationary,then your account name and number and list unit price x quantity,freight .
If it rejects instantly,it is because someone else may have used the same ⊗⊗⊗⊗ supplier and they have them on file,or depends on what you are selling,they have a list of legit suppliers(whole,distributor,factory) you are supposed to order from.

They never have. I always give my rep a heads up, just in case though.

From what I heard, AZ has a list of approved vendors. That's how AI can act so quickly on the reject of invoices.

Used to have the complete suite, as I am a photographer also. Needed lightroom and photoshop for editing.

The whole suite used to be $80/month, but I am guessing that pro acrobat alone would be 15-30 a month.
