Quick question, if I'm going stealth and im using a family members info on the east coast, but I'm in the west coast, is amazon going to be suspicious that my ip address registers in a different state?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

Dial up number? You mean telephone or internet connection? If internet, how do you control the number of the dial up?

you can choose to connect with dial up numbers with the area code of the location you have in mind.

These numbers are provided by the isp.

forgive this basic question but it's been years since I started selling on Amazon and now I'm trying to set up a stealth account there. It's about the review period....at what point does that start? when you sign up as a buyer, sign up as a seller, start listing, or...?

Search this forum for each of those questions and you will find it.

You review period starts when you start listing.

so because my family member thats helping me out lives in another state I will always have to use dial up in their area code or just for initial set up? To be honest, I've already done this before out of state with no problem, only i had been at there place out of state when I set it up, then went back to my home state and continued to use the account under a different IP address, but just using extra precautions this time. Maybe last time was a fluke and it won't work this time, who knows.

One more question, my family member already has an amazon account for shopping, am I ok to just add another account for them, as if they have 2 buyer accounts, and then I will make the new 1 a seller account as well? Again, I've already done this before, I'm just always worried that it worked once, and might not work again.

I tried today to add a bank account to my stealth Amazon account. It asked me for the bank account number and name of the account holder. Since the bank account is in my name (though it's a new account I've never used at Amazon) I entered the name I used to open the Amazon account. I immediately got an error message saying the bank ID verification failed. But if I put in my real name aren't I going to get suspended again? Is there any way around this?

Amazon has 2 categories that are clearly posted.
You can list most things without issue but the other things you must be approved for. read around its very easy to find out.

Is it possible to use a BANK ACCOUNT say: SISTER's BANK ACCOUNT under SISTER's ADDRESS and use a DEBIT CARD registered under my FRIEND's NAME under SISTER's ADDRESS in Amazon to sell?
