Amazon money

So I just had 2 amazon accounts suspended, with a maybe 10% same item listing, the first one has been good for 22 days, I sold just under $600 on, was waiting for it to cool off, but I learned that I needed to refund someone as I no longer had their item. So I started selling new dvd season of a popular tv show, sold 5 of em yesterday. The thing is I had competitors that sold just as many if not more in a constant price battle of the same thing. I sold all my other sales used, except one new. Anyways, it got suspended for recopied media. I can NOT figure out for the life of me why, as when I looked at the other items and sellers, the prices are lower then when I sold them, and with the season I was selling the other brand new sellers are still alive. So this is what I want to do. I was suppose to mail stuff out today, but I am thinking that I should just alert all my customers the email amazon sent me, and tell them to file for an A-Z claim.

The thing is, I already got my money out for all the sales (except the new ones) and its clear out of the bank account. So I am wondering what exactly amazon can do to get thei

You say you were in a constant price battle with them. What exactly does that mean? If you kept changing your price then that will get you suspended pretty quickly. The best thing is when you list a item and set a price leave it at that price. If you want to make a adjustment you should wait at least a few days after listing the item.

hrm, I didn't know that. I heard that it didn't affect your account as there are programs that do that. Oddly enough, other brand new sellers with no feedback did the same thing and none of them got banned.

Really this question is directed more at the: If my suspended amazon account goes like -600 what can they really do if its all stealth?

What can they do if it is all stealth? If you already have the money out of it. But are you just going to not ship the products to the customers?
And as for the other sellers doing the same thing it will only be a matter of time before they get suspended also.

true. I plan on emailing all of them and telling them to file an A-Z complaint as amazon believes my Used dvds are recopied media and not real. That way they know what is going on and they get their money back quickly from amazon, but of course it wont' be coming out of my account.

Just a matter of time b4 they are suspended...they are rolling the dice with triggering the Amazon system like that.

Yep This is true! Set your price and only go back in after a couple of days to change them. Bigger sellers have repricing programs and set them to change when someone goes below their prices could be a penney or 5 cents.
Let amazon eat it. They hold sellers money for 90 or more days collecting interest. Believe me amazon corporation is not a saint!! They are legal thieves that is all. They are just like the little scammer there is no difference. They hide behind there selling policy and screw the small seller. Then change their policy when they want to hold money. When there stock drops then they hold funds.
Watch after christmas to see how much revenue they make! This is because they hold sellers funds....

ok, i let em eat it. I informed all my customers what happened and told them to receive their refund they needed to file an A-Z against me. I didn't feel good doing it, but when I logically thought about it, it could have been 100% all legitimate and no reason for a ban. Cause really, black friday just happened and who says I didn't find an awesome sale and buy up 5 individual season boxes to sell for a higher price? So screw em. Maybe if enough people get amazon a bad rep over a long enough period of time, their empire will fall.
