Do not hold a torch for this lost account. ITS GONE! Do not fall in love with any Amazon account because you can lose it in a heartbeat for any number of reasons. just let it go already. all of us here been there done that. move on. The time, stress, energy, effort and worry your putting into getting this lost account back could be used to create 5 new accounts, and you could be making money as we speak. If you search these boards, I dont think you will find one successful appeal to recover a lost account from those asswipes at Amazon. Good luck, and make us proud

Hello from Amazon.com.
Jeff Bezos received your e-mail and asked that I respond on his behalf.
Unfortunately, we were unable to locate your account.
For privacy and security reasons, we can only send information to the e-mail address that is registered to your Amazon account. Please write from the e-mail address that is registered to your account and we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you for your patience and we look forward to hearing from you.

=============================
There is no need for this email because the email address I used to contact jeff is the same one I use to log in, and also I received the reply to my amazon email address, this is very childish, seller performance obviously don't want to sort this out. I have contacted jeff back with a copy of the email I received and also my further details full name, business name etc, so I shouldn't receive the same email back fingers crossed. I will keep you all posted |
Did you sell on amazon.com or amazon.co.uk?
If you have a seller account on amazon.co.uk and you sent email to amazon.com they wont find your account..

If there are funds in the account we should be able to retirve them so I have been advised from other memeber on this forum, if we trying to activate a suspended or deleted seller account that is another issue..

Thanks | I don't know if that's the right email addy but Jeff is the head honcho for all of Amazon.
it's doubtful he told anyone to respond to his email for him, that's a general response.

As this was passed from jeff to seller performance to sort out? Do the same seller performance sort out .com and .uk issues? Or is there 2 different seller performance departments ?

Thanks | you might want to reply back and say that you were selling on amazon uk. maybe they just assumed to look in amazon.com instead.

I think that Jeff is tired of getting all these emails that are from suspended sellers. Bottom line is, leave Jeff alone unless you really are being abused by Seller Performance!

I got this yesterday on a stealth account, no money left in thankfully 2 days before the review was due to finish, 33 items sold, no a-z claims, no returns/refunds, 6 positive feedback no negative, listing an item amazon already sell themselves in the Home Audio & Video Accessories section, havnt had anything listed on said account for 45 days or so either
Worth appealing or just leave it and move on?

Please can someone help me on this matter, any help I would appreciate | Just me, but that seems like a lot for one weekend. Had you ever gotten close to this number before? Could that have triggered it?

Items are found to be in violation of our Participation Agreement by not matching catalogue entries
And all listings are removed ( not just the problematic ones)
Looks like this is common . I remember listing under someone else’s listing before but there were a lot of different sellers and it was a non branded product anyway
Does anyone know how do we avoid not violating the policy or is this just an excuse ?
Can I unblock some of the listings / or relist some items straight away as I am sure those are fine.
I agree with most people here, don’t get emotional with the lost accounts, its not worth our time arguing about it. The question should be how to avoid being noticed/ suspended and how to get back on quickly . Amazon Ghost is the way to go

| Your post got me thinking....I've had a few accts blocked because of an alleged policy violation....never did find out what that was exactly. But then I came across your post. If you have a individual acct, then you cant change a product info, therefore you would have to sort of piggyback what already is there,ie catalog... right? or am I missing something?

If you change their listing, they will be even more furious I would imagine - you need to make your own listings up to protect yourself

I have a merchant account but wasn't able to list one yet - very limited category ...
