Can I change my estimated shipping times?

I have had customers email me right after the order outraged because they see Amazons expected shipping times that show as long as 14 days.

I ship all items within 24 hours and they arrive within 3 days.

I see other sellers have detailed shipping times that it looks like they set. Can I do this as well?
