Amazon Pro Account a to z Claim?
I have a Amazon Pro Account, i have been selling oil paintings.
Just oil painting i get a painter to do for me nothing fancy just common ones.
Anyways i have been selling since January with no issues at all.
I got my 1st a to z claim a few days ago after i told the guy to send back the oil panting he claimed didn't look like what i sent him.
Out of no were he opened a a to z claim on me saying i was rude and the painting looked nothing like i sent him.
I think he is trying to scam me over or something, Amazon told me on my Pro account i make my own policy's.
I have a no refund policy or least restock fee on sent back oil paintings if its a must because you just did't like it.
I was trying to be nice and let him send it back and now he wants to fight with me a claim, what should i do?
I have 1 painting that needs to be shipped next week and tomorrow is when the money is should be released for this new painting.
On Pro account they only release your money every 2 week.
You think my money will be held if so should i just refund the current painting.
May be time to reopen a new amazon store i think very soon.
Little update since i posted.
Strange thing now when i log in this morning it will only go to my seller account info and can't access that order i mentioned above.
Guess i wont be shipping that order or getting my money it looks now.
Wonder if my account is under review or just something else.
Hope some one can help me on what to do and what to expect soon.
