Yep, all six of mine are still going. None have EIN/SSN attached. Have gotten quite a few sales as of this morning. I'll just ride it out until I get around to supplying EIN.

I'm waiting to hear about disbursements. Amazon willl let you sell. Will they let you disburse? Thats the true test.

this is very strange. Not what I expected. I am wondering why the hammer hasn't dropped on people...

That's what I think too. Afraid to ship anything though as I don't want to wait 3 months for my money.

All accounts are going good... I did two big disbursements yesterday with no problems, crossing my fingers they make it into my bank accounts as I don't want to wait 90 days. I am thinking Amazon saw how many people didn't provide their info and then calculated how much they would lose and are giving a bigger window now... I wouldn't be surprised if they up it to 200/20000 as well. Let's hope!

To "JohnsonCarter", don't worry about it. What are they going to report, if they don't have your info? It's quite typical for Amazon to send emails years after they suspend your account.
If they really wanted to make a stink about it, all the government would have to do is ask Amazon for the bank account info that was attached to the account, and presto, John Doe becomes a real person. Thats only if they really wanted to find out who you were. Theres really no 100% stealth. Somewhere, some how, there is a tiny paper trail that will work its way back to you.

Can someone call and find out?

I was ready to dump an account, but if they aren't going to block it, I might as well keep it.

True, but we are talking about whether Amazon would want to "report" you, not the government. That's a whole different can of worms.

Az is really sneaky... they are gonna wait for all the orders to be fulfilled and than SLAP... or if you won't fulfill them by the scheduled date they are gonna tap you on your shoulder and SLAP

Guy's, I've been fulfilling orders with no problems. I believe that they aren't going to suspend until you actually hit the required limit. I'm nowhere near 20,000 in sales in a year, although I have sold over 100 items.

Hopefully. I had to do 100 almost worthless orders just to be qualified to sell in software, so it would be a real PITA! In other words, I have a ton invested in my account and hopefully I can start the EIN/LLC process in January.

It's not a limit thing....I'm over 20k and still selling and shipping no problems.
I think they are just figuring out how to deal with the situation. Keep the updates coming people as you get any info...thanks!

@kris3841, this is a stealth account or operating in your real info?

Well, one positive thing is that it might be a good idea to start fresh and close your past history for legal and tax reasons.
