I have 50+ items that are considered vero however they are LEGIT store bought, many of them brand new. Now I realize that if I list all this stuff my account will be suspended quicker than I can log into amazon, however if I send this stuff to amazon so they ship it out when an item sells am I safe?

Do you have invoices for the items? If they are legit, you should have invoices so you won't have any problems.
