Going over 40 transactions on a personal account

What happens if I sell more than 40 items on my personal selling account? It's not a Professional account. It only has positive feedback.

Will it block me from selling over 40 items?

Would Amazon suspend me for going over 40 transactions?

Nothing, you dont have to upgrade but it will be more cost effective if you do as amazon charges .99 per item sold so if you sell more than 40 every month then upgrading your account could save you a ton of money..
