Default Amazon strikes again

Lost a 10 day old account this morning. why ? I do not know. Just have a hunch it was a buyer (spy) that purchased an item and wanted it delivered in two days which I did not offer expedited. They wrote that if they can not have it in 2 days then they would cancel the transaction.

So I explained to them that it would not arrive in time and I will cancel the order as per their request.Today I receive the email (actually yesterday at around 4am that I failed review? I was not in review. so account was toast. + I did not make any money and i did not lose any inventory so it was even. Just wasted a bank account and credit card...

Next time i will not cancel the order just say it was shipped and wait for it to arrive...

That is your problem, your pre cancel rate just went too high for amazon. amazon doesnt give a rats a$$ about what the buyer wanted which sucks for us sellers. Try an appeal

Ps you should not add bank account so early.. sell a few items let the money build up just a little..

Order cancellation is not a big issue. Ask buyer to send you order cancellation message. Ass does not count order cancelled on request of message from buyer in your seller metrics.

Ithink your wrong here.. I NEVER cancel orders unless buyers sends me a requst but yet I my pre cancel rate is aobut .1 percen or something like that

another 17 day old account hit with review? sold total 600 dollars worth of stuff. so i have to wait another 30 days? Fk that dumping that account also. Working on a new strategy. Had 40 items listed. everything was fine. Had 2 pending orders today . Then they cleared then hit with a review. getting pissed off now tired of waiting for money and getting kicked in the b@lls!!

Some buyers are idiots. Why not ask if the item will arrive in time, and then order...?

I agree with GameFreak...I have test accounts listed with dummy merchandise with several sales I never bothered to fulfill and all those accounts have stayed opened even with bad reviews, amazon canceling the orders and no fulfillment...I believe when sellers cancel orders it puts up red flags to Amazon...
