Amazon account in hold last 2 months
Hello friend ,my amazon account in hold last 2 months . I contact with costumer care by phone , every time they promise me , we contact account department behalf of you and they call you back with in 24 hours .
I chat lots of time in amazon.co.uk & amazon.com , they take all information lots of time , still no positive response , they advice me to wait .
I send amazon different department more than 20 mail , not a single respond .
My account in 100 % positive feedback , i receive one time money in my bank account as well.
I offer lots of time by mail if they want i send my document copy , but no response , i am fed up now , can anybody face like this problem . What i have to do , in my account near 400 £ .
