Disclosure in a law suit is different than amazon looking up what is public record.

can i get a new ein by strarting LLC? i got a new ein for my dba but account got banned because was using same laptop I used on first banned amazon account. they suspended my account after about two months of not providing tax info. then i did with new ein and was okay until cyber monday when i did like a 1000 bucks n a day and account went to review. they said i failed review process. now started new dba and irs says i cant get another ein. so wondering what i can do from here. thank you

also dont know if anyone know but Amazon does ask you for real name associated with ein. this caught me off guard and i was stupid and gave it to them. and of course im banned now. does anyone know if this is just a trick? and if they can really verify your real name matches EIN?

You need a new form of business, or a new organization to obtain a tax ID. For example, you could form 1000 llc's, and get 1000 new tax ID numbers.

Some people actually do that, and it's legal.
