Being a stealth account, what are you going to do? Call the police? File a lawsuit? How are you going to explain the stealth account?

Yes they are doing this on both amazon.com & amazon.co.uk.

It has been a FACT of amazon business for the past two years.

Yes they delete accounts & hold the funds.

Sadly, I think they can ... especially if you have a stealth account (seeing as how you are already breaking their terms of agreements just by having one)

You know how when you sign up to create a seller account you HAVE to agree to their terms and agreements? Well those terms and agreements pretty much say that they CAN legally delete or suspend you on a whim for whatever reason they want to protect their site, including not liking the color of your underwear you're wearing today.

Basically, since you are selling on their site, they can pretty much do whatever they want ... delete your account, not contact you, keep your money, whatever

PS: Not too long ago, if an account got suspended, Amazon USED TO send an email called "Notice: Your Amazon Seller Account" and it would say why you were suspended (ODR, linked to other account, copied media) but ... it seems they don't bother to do that anymore - they just delete you with no notice

amazon do not need to do a thing.

THEY rule their own show.

Yes I remember that from late 2010 - early 2011 - those days are long gone - quite the nuisance that the deletion is the NORM not the exception

deletion is very common now a days, I personally think accounts that are aged a very long time have a less chance of being deleted

Less chance but the moment bad activity is sniffed out...those accounts can go down too - sadly.

if anybody sells cds dvd etc, remember caimanusa, over 1 million feedback and they were kicked off for some reason
