I agree, it's either a shipping error, or they have received it and they want a freebie. Are there no other contact details available on Amazon like phone number??
If not then you could either refund them and count your losses or wait and see what happens.
It is only a small amount compared to say $100, but I assume you make a profit on the item when it sells, imagine you refunding everyone that claims to have not received an item!
