The worst is when you send 10 items of one thing and 10 items that look just like it (or splitting 20 of the same items onto 2 separate listings in general).
I swear those FBA reps sometimes just pull out the first item, scan it, and then count all 20 and input them in on one listing. I have had a lot of trouble with FBA warehouses.
My advice is to not put similar looking items into one box and if you have a bunch of small items, rubberband them together or put them in a large ziplock together. Think of FBA employees like small children. You need to make this easy as possible for them.
Oh and putting a "thank you FBA friend!" with a shiny heart sticker on your packing slip doesn't hurt either <3 It's always nice if they see you as a person and not a number. You might even have no "missing" items from your shipment.
