amazon info?

I am considering opening a USA amazon account as a foreign seller. Is it possible to use an American address and Canadian tax information. I live in the States, but still retain my Canadian citizenship. Does anyone know if Amazon requires foreign sellers to list under a foreign address?
I notice Amazon now requires instant tax information, and credit card info with an address attached to cc. Does anyone know if they can check the address information on the credit card info? If so, i suppose this kind of puts an end to vccs...I realize I am skirting a prohibitive subject but I am not looking for tax info: I am fully aware I need to get my ducks in a row---- just looking for some sound advice.....

They don't require tax information right away unless you open a pro account right off the bat.

Sign up as a buyer, wait a few days, sign up as regular seller, wait a day N them sign up for pro.

i know there is an option to enter tax info if you are a foreign seller, i believe its the w8ben form, look it up for more info
