Since this is Amazon GB, OP stated that listing default by AZ contains the word "OEM" - seems like cant really change much about the listing (not like eB where you can write your own listing title). Best to avoid it if it's causing so much buyer problems.

I posted in response to Zero123. He spoke to an ebay issue, in any case.

I implied that for FUTURE listings to avoid the term OEM & explained why.

I would suggest the usage of the term be avoided on either platform, yes?
