I highly recommend not doing that. If you create a bunch of listings with that in the title, it could eventually piss Amazon off.
Not only that, but man, I would never waste that much real estate in a title. Gotta keep it as short and simple as possible while using all the important keywords that apply (model #, etc). The pictures and bullet points within the listing should speak for itself in regards to the condition.. and to be honest "new in factory box" is not enough to ward off other sellers if that is what you're attempting to do.
Straight from the horse's mouth:
The inclusion of any of the following information in detail page titles, descriptions, bullet points, or images is prohibited:
-Pornographic, obscene or offensive content.
-Phone numbers, physical mail addresses, e-mail addresses, or website URLs.
-Availability, price, condition, alternative ordering information (such as links to other websites for placing orders), or alternative shipping offers (such as free shipping).
-Spoilers regarding Books, Music, Video or DVD (BMVD) listings (information that reveals plot elements crucial to the suspense, mystery or surprise ending of a story).
-Reviews, quotes or testimonials.
-Solicitations for positive customer reviews.
-Advertisements, promotional material, or watermarks on images, photos or videos.
-Time-sensitive information (i.e., dates of promotional tours, seminars, lectures, etc.).
Always ask yourself this: Even if Amazon lets me get away with this, can my competition legitimately report me for breaching Amazon's policies? If yes, don't do it, other sellers will find ways to bring you down; you need to be squeaky clean.
