You would think they would file an A-Z claim, or better yet, contact you first. That is what they are supposed to do.
Unfortunately, some people use the chargeback as their FIRST option. These are people who are afraid of a phone. They do not like ANY confrontational situation and avoid them at all costs. Chargebacks were meant as a final option, to be used only after all other avenues are exhausted - but these people abuse them. |
