Also, never use any type of humor when giving them a business plan. Be apologetic for any problems and prepare a reasonable plan so that it does not happen again. In between the appeal I even managed to get 10 extra 5/5 glowing feedback. No humour was put in it. It was a proper good appeal that I took my time to go over with a fine tooth comb, even got GBs' approval on it but just like anything Amazon are fickle, because I sold too much in one week they got rid of me. Just the way AZ run...
Next time I intend to control more of what sells in any given week or rather react more quickly to stop the sales (I just missed out due to a weekend away) I also intend not to appeal and just let it go the course.
