Can Amazon link you via Outlook 2010?

I have many stealth selling accounts. They're all strong and passed review. I'm thinking about using the outlook for all of those emails, but I'm afraid of getting linked.

It really wastes time to check orders by logging in & out for every single account. So If I can use the outlook, can I do it all at once.

Has anyone here successfully done this before?

Please give me an advise.

In my opinion, you would be playing with fire.

totally dangerous, some images will contain images to get your ip

and if you accidentally click links your in trouble.

if you reply to an email accidentally your dead. outlook does not hide your ip when you reply

Thanks Jeff and Robert. Do you guys have the other safe method to check orders faster? I'm really tired of checking 9 stealth accounts daily by doing one by one. Each account I check at least twice per day.

You could try something like ShipStation to process orders.

For seeing incoming email (but NEVER for displaying images or replying!) some users forward their emails to one central account. If they see a complaint or question come through, then they log on wherever they have to in order to reply.

If you do this, then you MUST disable image viewing! The thing is, images can be used to find your IP address. And the image could be all of 1 pixel! If anything ever happened to turn on the images, then all of your accounts could be instantly linked.

In my opinion, it is not worth it. There ARE some services that allow you to safely manage multiple eBay accounts, but I don't use them. Stealth DOES take a little more of my time, that is for sure, but the results are worth it.

Based on what I know, I wouldn't answer those emails directly in outlook. Maybe just as notifications, then login into those accounts specifically to reply.

Any time you start mixing or integrating functions on your stealth accounts, you are taking a risk. I am EXTREMELY CONSERVATIVE when it comes to managing risk to my business.

Ask yourself this question. Is whatever the benefit will be WORTH THE RISK of potentially losing your accounts? If not, then don't do it.

At least, that is my philosophy and it works for me. I RARELY lose accounts.

I use Thunderbird, I have been using Thunderbird for 7 months now. Its a hassle checking your emails through every account. Thunderbird allows me to do it all in one, its safe and reliable. But I have never clicked on any links or images. I will recommend it but then again,I've never used outlook.

Use gmail for all stealth account. Setup a forwarding mail to the email you want on your phone. Remember when you need to answer any question you need to log-in amazon account or the correct email to answer it

I do not answer emails in outlook, but I do view all orders that go through on both my current accounts through outlook. Images and other external content are of course disabled.

That is fine for amazon. As long as you are not clicking on any links or replying to emails there is no problem. Not really sure why everyone is freaking out, I have done this for years.

Yep, same here. I can confirm that there are no issues doing this. I don't click on links and I don't reply. There's no way to track it otherwise.
