Is it ok to send Merchandise to FBA with just opened new account?
I opened new account, want to send product to FBA. Is it safe? Has anyone done that? I havent sold anything yet. Its brand new account. Any advise is appreciated!

FBA is relatively safe AS LONG AS you are not selling anything illegal.
Two things to be aware of with Amazon FBA:
1) If they catch you selling counterfeits, they will NOT return them to you if the account is closed. Most likely they would turn them over to customs to be destroyed.
2) If your account is closed and your items are LEGAL, then you will have to pay for Amazon to return them.
The good thing about FBA is that you get more sales. Amazon Prime buyers often will not consider ordering from marketplace (non-FBA) sellers if there is another option that is eligible for Amazon Prime. Another bonus is that Amazon packs and ships the orders, so that you do not have to worry about order fulfillment.

Please be aware that selling the same item as AZ is a lost cause. AZ usually sells at about 15 points above cost if there are other sellers, and you WILL NOT succeed in a price war against them. They use software (pretty sure) to monitor and adjust the price to win the buy box.
Also, use the FBA calculator to determine if storage fees and related shipping costs will blow out your profit margin.
I may be wrong, but experience showed last year that FBA Canada was more expensive than U.S.
Also, only 2 FBA centers in Canada, one in Mississauga (Toronto airport) and BC.

FBA is great, no a-z claims, very little customer service and you sell tons more.
No rolling reserve, sell $20k from the start and get paid.
PHD, I compete and beat amazon on many items for the buy box, work out the formulae how much cheaper you need to be etc, use a pricing engine and get you prices right.
If you are linked then yes they will suspend or delete. However this is you job not to get linked.

I don't see this as being a problem. If anything, it eliminates a trust issue - since Amazon is holding the product at their warehouse, they know the orders will be fulfilled. I would send them a small amount to start with. What is "small" would depend upon how many sales you expect and how much the item costs. That way, if the deal goes south, your risk is limited.
