Default Amazon's reason for blocking listing

Hey guys, I had a listing that was blocked. I contacted them finally and this is the answer I got:

(My account is active and all my other listings are still going)

This ASIN cannot be sold in any condition by any of the sellers who are trying to list these items for the 1st time or post the stock is over. These items are currently restricted to be sold under any condition. These items comes under specific manufacturer gated categories. As this is an item we are not accepting new submissions for because due to its popularity, fraud is invited. According to the request of the publisher of this item, the same cannot be sold by any individual or any e-commerce website in any condition. Currently only the pre-approved sellers would be able to sell the products on amazon.com. To ensure buyer satisfaction we occasionally restrict the sales of certain products only to the manufacturer. This may be done if we receive too many complaints on counterfeit or pirated products for any particular products, along with safeguarding manufacturer’s rights. This may be also because the publisher of this item does not wish to have competition. Though we personally would like to be able to help you list this item, we also need to abide by the terms & conditions set by the manufacturer who owns the copyright of the product.

Thoughts?

Thoughts:

1. You are not allowed to sell this on Amazon

2. Do not try to get around this limitation - sell other things

3. Maybe check from time to time if the category is opened.

4. Amazon has given you a chance.

Well that's good to hear. As dost said stay away from the listing and you should be fine,

On a side nite you might want to edit that email. I would avoid posting any message from amazon that is not a generic response.
