Why are packages having a problem reaching you? The thing is, Amazon understands that every once in awhile a package goes missing, but they won't constantly re-ship. So, if UPS is leaving boxes in an apartment lobby and someone is stealing them, for example, you have to figure out how to stop it. The delivery service may be able to help you.

It IS usually seller accounts that end up suspended, but buyer accounts sometimes are suspended as well.

This is a buyer account. It's mainly due to the fact that I'm not home most of the time and usually it goes missing if its left on my doorstep or something. But out of the few times this has happened I believe only 1 or 2 it was actually the Shipper Company's fault (UPS/Fedex/etc.)

I'm afraid they will suspend my account which I don't want to happen because this is my main account. I want to call in and make things right before I get owned.

If you know that you have a problem with FedEx/UPS with your current location, why still do it anyway?

Many lost package and using Gift card smell something fishy to me.

Well I do buy kinda buy a lot on Amazon, it's usually bigger items I have issues with. I tend to buy a lot of smaller items and it works out fine.

Can we just get to my question though and see what course of action I should take?

Thanks

If you do have a lot of incoming "important" items coming to you without a secure drop location, it might be best to get a PO box near by, or have them delivered to a Trustworthy family member

I have had this issue in the past with a person in my hood, he always stole packages from people. You can try to tell the seller if the package can be held at the post office for you to pick up. Or a POBox works great for this. They sign for all of your mail/packages, you just go down to pick it up. The money you send on lost packages can off set the headaches and lost packages.

Sign up for "MY UPS" and designate all your packages to be held at the local UPS store or hub and you can go pickup when you feel like it.

I see great responses here. The fact is that you have a serious problem that needs to be figured out. Who orders tons of stuff knowing they have delivery issues?

Seems like you are fishing for something else and throwing a tantrum about it.
