shipping software for amazon

I have a question.
I just started a new amazon account with my daughter she lives in Virgina and that is the address we set it up with. I am still in Missouri waiting to move in 6 months.

If we use ship works or ship station but plug in my current address in Missouri because I am doing the shipping right now will amazon know?

I have used ship works before but wasn't sure what information was uploaded after a ship.

I cannot speak for ShipWorks, but I can vouch for ShipStation.

I LOVE THEM! The automation is awesome! And, NO, Amazon will not know of the return address on the label. ShipStation only transmits transaction numbers (the Amazon or eBay order number) along with the tracking number on the package.

The only thing that could POTENTIALLY cause a problem would be that a human being is looking at a complaint on the account, pulls up the tracking number and sees ACCEPTANCE at a post office in Missouri, rather than in Virginia. But this could be explained away if need be.
