Can ebay track through your 3rd party shipping software?

I'm guessing not, but can ebay link you to an old suspended account based on either the regiatration or return address used with a third party shipping software such as Shiprush. Endicia, Etc? Can they also link you just by your shipping account #?

Not unless someone reported you and told eBay they recognized your old address. Even if that happened, the chances are still extremely rare. My vote would say you are A OK to move forward.
