Be CAREFUL with Amazon! Yes, it is true they do not have pre-determined limits the way that eBay does. However, if you are selling in large volumes, especially as a new seller, your account will be reviewed. If they deem you a risk to Amazon, then your account will be closed.
If your products are all legitimate and low-risk, then go ahead and see what happens. My best guess is you will get hit with the 30 day review - which is not a bad one - where they are going to look at your account over a 30 day period. They will be looking for tracking numbers, on time delivery, timely answers to customer inquiries, returns and refunds, seller professionalism, and risk. During the 30 day review, they will hold your money.
The nice thing about the 30 day review is that once you PASS, you are less likely to lose the account suddenly. NO, it is NOT set in stone at that point, there is ALWAYS the risk of losing an account, but the risk is LOWER. So, many sellers try to sell enough to trigger th review, then tone it down a bit until the hold is removed.
