How to refund without the refund adding to my metrics
Is it possible to refund someone without the refund adding towards my metrics?
This scammer from the Czech republic placed 3 separate orders and is now claiming not to ave received any of them. So I have to process 3 different refunds, and this will probably get my refund rate up to 5% resulting in a ban.
This buyer is making big problems
Never had a problem before, until this idiot started ordering from me...
What should I do? :(
