Default How to refund without the refund adding to my metrics

Is it possible to refund someone without the refund adding towards my metrics?

This scammer from the Czech republic placed 3 separate orders and is now claiming not to ave received any of them. So I have to process 3 different refunds, and this will probably get my refund rate up to 5% resulting in a ban.

This buyer is making big problems

Never had a problem before, until this idiot started ordering from me...

What should I do? :(

Thought in another post, you said you shipped each item separately? Have you told the buyer this?

When you first heard from the Czech buyer, did you contact him and say 'look at your invoices. You paid for, and were sent 3 DIFFERENT Parcels. According to amazon, delivery is still within the allowed time frame.'

What did you do?

Yes, I did that, but he claims he did not receive any of the items.
According to my post office, mail send to the Czech republic is sent with priority shipping and delivered within 3 to 5 working days. I sent his packages like 3 weeks ago, and he claims he didn't receive any of them.

Can I like, instead of refunding him, just refund him the same amount as a compensation instead of a ''refund'' ?

I bluffed a little bit, but I hope he accidentally says something like ''but there's nothing like that on the package''

I don't know system in Czech but in France they have to pick up parcel at the post office and show id and pay tax. Does tracking say he picked it up at the post office by any chance? Might help prove your case.

Ok, the buyer contacted me and said he received them today! And he left positive feedback and said it was post office's fault. So now I feel bad for what I said/thought :( .
WIll I get into trouble with Amazon if I send him a freeby as compensation?
