I had the same situation and eventually regained access to my account (and funds).
However, it was a situation as I still recieved orders that I could not fulfill because I had no access (however, my account was obviously still active !)
Does your password reset "work" ? (= you get an Email with a link and you can set your new password BUT login on sellercentral still doesn't work with either password)
If yes then it's the same situation as mine.
I tired to contact Amazon. They said only the SELLER Service can help me and I have to mail them and gave me a link to a form. However, to contact the SELLER Service you have to be logged in - except for one form (I think general enquiry or something) which you can fill out without being logged in. I had to search quite a while until I found it, unfortunately I don't have an exact link.
Make sure you contact the SELLER Service - the normal customer service is easy to reach but they can't do sh** - even if they tell you they forward it to the seller service, they don't (and probably can't) do anything.
Write them a message through this form, several if you want to.
I assume Amazon screwed up something in their system. The fact that it was exactly 2 (or 4 ?) weeks from when it first started seems to indicate that it may be some kind of "review" that caused you login trouble. |
