Related account appeal
I have been using Amazon Ghost for a year or two now, with varying degrees of success. I like to keep multiple accounts open just in case, but I do most of my business through 2-3 accounts so I'm consistently making sales and getting feedback.
One of my less-used accounts just got suspended for being related to another account. All the other accounts are fine though and I am always VERY careful with MAC address, IP and all the other linkable details outlined in Ghost. Has anyone ever successfully appealed for a related account and if so do you have a template of the letter you used?
I would like to keep as many of my accounts open as possible and Amazon makes it sound like you can appeal this since it states "if your account was suspended for being related to another selling account, please explain why your account should be reinstated." Thoughts anyone?
