Account in review but listings still active

Just opened a stealth account, hit with a basic review after 10 days

Account has been in review for almost a month now, when I hit appeal decision it tells me I can expedite the review by answering questions about managing inventory, selling history, DUNS number etc etc

I havent added a bank account and my listings are still active. If I dont fill out the information does that go against me? Will the review go through if I dont do anything? have no negative and metrics are 100% perfect no blemishes with over 400 orders.

The best thing would maybe add the bank account, this could raise a flag wondering why you don't want to be paid.
Appeal, I have always done this, just tell a story how good your business is, you are just experimenting with amazon to see what sales are like etc
