They do,sometimes suspend listings but it's not normal. That's why you need to get in touch with amazon and find out.

Follow the advice from barrycruan.
He is one of the only users answering in this thread that is being accurate.
With these letters from amazon it is better to not always follow their bidding.

Is there a seller support chat available? You adviced not to send the letter because that could get me suspended, but am I not drawing more attention to my account by contacting them and having someone else look into the matter?
Thank you for all the advice so far everyone | |

We will notify you via e-mail when our account review is complete.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
----- | I called this a "suspended review". When you get this kind of review it will show suspended in your account and you are not allow to list, sale or anything with your seller account. The only thing you can do is appeal.
But I will not appeal and just let the account rest for 28 days and it should pass the review

I don't dropship, have everything in stock.
Has this happened to you before? A ''suspended review'' ? Did you get your money that was disbursed on regular dates?

- I don't remember but I think they are reverse the money till the review over. They money will come back a couple days later to your seller account.
- I don't appeal the review and just let the account rest for 28 days and get my money
- I do appeal two time and got a real suspended just couple minutes after the appealed for both. From then, I never appeal again unless it is a real suspend happen.

So Amazon is basically lying. They say disbursement is on its way, but in reality it isn't?
Man, I hate how they can get away with this. First they hold your money for 2 weeks, then they send ⊗⊗⊗⊗ disbursement emails/confirmations? ...
How many days / hours after receiving the disbursement is on its way email, do you think your payment is safe/on its way?
Also, do you know this for sure? Is this what always happens?

- Where did I said that you have to wait 90 days? And why 90 days?
- They are not lying. You got the disbursement email on your schedule but it may trigger the review because of your activity seem not normal to them.
- When you account went to the suspended review they will recall the disbursement. But someone have received their payment just fine.
Question.
- Is this your first payment for this account? if no.
- Is the amount of money increase this time?
- Have this account ever get the first review?

No, it is not the first payment. Account is 1 year old.
Yes, it increased this time. I have sold more than usual last few weeks (I actually created a thread about that, people here said I should be fine xD ).
And since the account is 1 year old, I think I already got a review. I mean, I survived the holiday season, and isn't that a period when many Amazon sellers are martyred by Amazon? :P

Amazon can and will review any seller account if they want to. If you have other account running then use them and let this one rest for 1 month and it should be OK.
I personally don't appeal it unless you are know what you are doing. Also don't submit anything, any document because if you don't do it right it will be worse than you think it is.

Ok guys, what I feared happened.
Amazon Germany undid the disbursement :( .
But other Amz marketplace payments went through (much higher than Germany one) and tbh I was more afraid that the German marketplace suspension would trigger suspension across all marketplaces.

does your account show as active? it sounds like a suspension, did they ask for a plan of action? if so, you just say what they want to hear, eg. a radical change in your methods.

But I don't care anymore I think I will let the account die. Didn't send any verification which is due in 7 days, so now that it looks like my account will be suspended anyway, I'll just let it die.
I received most of my payments though. Which is why I am relieved.
I'll wait for what's left 90 days...

In the US, Amazon is MUCH easier to get going than eBay.
