No more auto feedback removal.

Well I have had success not to long ago in having feedback removed automatically without contacting Amazon by using key words. I tried today and the screen for removal looked totally different and there is no FBA option anymore. Has anyone noticed this recently or had the same problem?

last week when i read the thread here i did it and it didn't work for me, so its probably dead or they modified the code which is more likely the case.

Just worked for me on the US. Customer stated faulty item received and gave me 1 star.

Did the usual, saying this is a product review and it was removed instantly. This was a FBA sale.

I sent a removal request by putting "other." Amazon will most likely reject my request. Can I resend the request and use the keywords and trick, or will it not work if I try to send the request again?

I ship my own items , I had just one feedback and this went back over 6 months ago, I seen this thread the other day that it was not working and I tried it and just received this email, now I'm at 100% on my original account 😄

Dmshark, I just sent a feedback removal request as "entire feedback was product review" (it wasn't), and it was removed with a similar message last night. There was also a name at the end of the message so assuming it wasn't a bot. This was not a FBA sale.

Same message I cut the end off , it did have a name and you even got a chance to rate that rep that handled the case, I guess they want to make it look like it's no auto
