Amazon won't allow mutiple accounts in the same IP network. What if a couple they don't like to share their amazon accounts, they want to shopping with his or herself's account? Do they have to get another internet access?

I don't know about selling, but buying you can have more than one account per household. At least it seems it here. I have one and a family member has one, and I also have friends who live together who each have an account (all for buying i'm talking about).
A lot of times, with selling, if one account gets restricted or kicked out of a certain category, all other accounts on that network or at that address will receive the same restrictions regardless of matching/similar info or not.
