A friend of mine is willing to open a ebay account with his details is it ok to add my bank account to a new paypal account and withdraw the cash to my bank account if this bank account has been used on a previously suspended ebay account. My old paypal address is still working its just the ebay account has been suspended so i dont want to be linking my old paypal address to this new account which is my friends. Please give me some advice.

all new non linked detailed ebay and paypal pairing....do not involve a friend, you can learn to make accounts yourself...

Oompa has "guud" advice.

You can risk a new ebay account with a completely new e-mail, replace that e-mail into your non-banned paypal account. Most of the times it doesn't work and could slap you with an automatic Verify ID from eBay....but sometimes, it goes through - I have tried it with a paypal account and suspended eBay account and it worked, but have to jump a few hurdles.

Also good advice is to around the forum, get stealth guide, and learn...

Would it be ok to use the same computer as i used on the suspended account to list things via my new ebay account in my friends name if i open a new user account in windowns and clear the cookies etc.

yes that would be fine, new user or completely clean up old user screen
