I was thinking of openiing an LLC in Delaware

I was thinking of opening a new LLC in Delaware but would operate in NYC . I was wondering if I need to publish in NY or operate as a foreign entity in NY . Can I keep the address given in Delaware . I would ship from NYC. How do I file for taxes ? I know it creates NEXXUS too.
