Too much trouble with my amazon verification

Now Amazon want to see my Article of association, My latest annual return, scanned copy of bank stmt or utility, My passport

Is this the same set of verifications everyone goes through or was I asking too much to have upgraded to a business account?

I sent all the required doc to them but they contacted me asking for more, they said some info were missing.

Note: I am not a pro seller, I was previously selling as an individual but I dont really know what the benefit was when I upgraded to a business seller.

Please advise if I stand to get more benefit for being a business seller (Not pro) or should I ask for my account to be downgraded to individual?

Basically pro seller means lower selling costs plus a few other benefits. You need to send the info they request or they will not verify you. Simple but true.

Tough to be downgraded now - you started the process; now finish it properly

I am getting the same problems. Cant seem to get past the ID verification stage in 5weeks. According to AMZ, the copies provided we not clear. Sent and resent DL copies 3 times. Now they no longer want DL but Passport. Could they be checking the documents? Maybe its better to concentrate on Eb and try Amz again after the holidays.
