Just got through a review on an account and now less than a week later it is back in review, with a rolling reserve applied again?
Anyone have any advice?
Account is in good standing, good feedback, good metrics etc

Agreed, I just got out of one then listed some items and got another. Then a while later I found some items that sold quite well and this time the review disappeared.
Typically on almost all of my accounts I get 2 reviews before the account is VERY stable. If you get them back to back, that's even better to get them out of the way.
A rolling reserve is not a review. This is applied to protect amazon from sellers who take there money and run. Your sales will have increased over a certain percentage from the previous week therefore automatically putting the rolling reserve in place. This usually happens on accounts that are less than 12months old or accounts not doing FBA.

It is true that FBA will usually eliminate this problem, since they have the inventory in their warehouse. But I wouldn't use FBA unless it makes sense to do so. Waiting it out is usually the best bet.
