Amazon is crazy.. Ideas or am I screwed?

Im selling ink and toner.. have good reviews throughout and have had ZERO issues. I can see media.. but seriously it took awhile to find something 100% and they still say this is f@ke this is crap. Is appealing worth it or should I just make multiple accounts to work with?

I would appeal it, but not now. Wait till you got all your money out off the account then do it.

For now start a couple new account and spread your sell our to them slowly

new account? fast sales due to low prices insta counterfeit email. I was testing some stuff and found out the hard way about a month ago. Amazon also seem to have implemented a new FBA policy where certain high risk items are verified by manufacturer for authenticity before listed for sale.

You are screwed. Literally just happened to me.

My account was close to 2 years old, 550/600K in sales last year.

I sell MY OWN products under MY OWN brand. In the description I also clearly list that it is not brand xyz to strongly re-inforce this.

Amazon suspended me. I sent in copies of my invoices and pictures of the items. Did not matter. I learned the hard way and now will use MULTIPLE accounts and spread my sales across all the accounts.

They were being sold a few cents under the lowest bids with most. If these raise bots attention how low of a volume on these accounts to be under the radar?

Are they really? I'm buying them from a local source as well. How can I sell these, just multiple accounts or sending paperwork about products in? Every niche I think of that is legit I get hit with stuff like this.

the way to know if they are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ when you make a new account it to send it to FBA they seem to be inspecting items now before actually listing them for sale.

Firstly why sell high risk items on a new account. You need to build feedbacks and age the account before selling high risk items.

I tested this out on a previous thread of mine selling high risk items and i got the same email. If Amazon even suspects the item items are counterfeit then you've got no little chance. Build the account up to gain there trust

I didn't know they were high risk. Literally this was the LAST thing Ive ever thought was high risk.

Should I make 2-3 accounts build them up over a few months and then list these items spread out? I already had 4+ reviews if it helps

if your going to sell high risk item . You need to condition account first to do 4k 10k in volume on other items that are non risky . I push for the review so someone can take a look at my account ounce I pass the review I will bring down my sales down with in 30 days then go sell your ink printer. After this no bots will even check you because your account has already been checked and went through a review . Unless you go over 15k or 30k which will cause another review if you stay under those thresh hold then you will fine.

jboone, what people need to remember amazon marketplace has been around over 15 years. Most retailers,wholesalers are selling there already and have been for several years. New kid on the block comes in, undercuts everybody and amazon assume rightly or wrongly they are selling counterfeit products, so they suspend the account. Remember this is no loss to amazon as another seller will sell the goods.
If your goods are genuine, appeal, they will ask for invoices, send them and good luck.

Ok so they are willing to reinstated as long as I can send receipts. I have mainly been dealing with a local seller but through eBay. I am assuming from past experiences if I send in paperwork with any info from ANY seller they are going to shut this down for good. Anyone have any suggestions from experience? Is this something I can create myself?

Toners can be seen as counterfeit-able from what I understand

I have seen them on Alibaba. It seems anything worth any monetary amount can be f@ked by our neighbors overseas!
