Feedback policy

Hi guys,

I managed to remove feedback left bu one of my customers. It was removed because it breached Amazon policy. Can customer resubmit the feedback or is it pernament?

Customer has one more chance to leave a feedback. Amazon will email them a new link when the first is removed.
If the second also breaches Amazon's policies and you get this removed, then customer will not be able to leave anymore.
It's always better to try and resolve with the customer directly before getting Amazon involved.
Try calling them, you'll most likely get a better response from them via phone and resolve their problems.
