Default Wrong anddress

Hi what do you guys do when customers forget to change the address with amazon and you send to one that you have on file and later buyer opens a never received request I'm freaking tired loosing money on this **** buyers fault makes me pay for shipping again and send another item cause that one was sent to stealth address. any suggestions ?

I would represent and state clearly that the buyer said he/she input a wrong address (date emailed), and it is buyer's responsibility to provide a valid and correct shipping address.

Do you have signature confirmation on your package?

Just explain to the buyer that the goods have been sent to the address supplied by them. If the goods are returned you are willing to refund him less any restocking fee. ask if he has access to his old address.

Ask them if they have a forwarding address set up, if not then can they collect the parcel from their old address? If not, then they'll need to wait for it to be returned back to me before I can send this out again. They nearly always understand as it was their mistake and not mine.
