Used wrong IP to log in...

I accidentally went on my other eBay Stealth account with the wrong IP, which was for my other eBay Stealth account. I haven't gotten any notices from ebay- Does anyone think the account might get linked to each other and suspended?

I dont even understand how to go back in forth with ip's do you use a VPN? and if so pm me the service you use

No- I just clone my MAC and and get the same ip for every account.

Going with the wrong IP 1 time should not cause you problems - done that before just don't repeat - make sure of your steps from now on.

THis is my first time I logged in with that IP to this account. Was upset at myself! Have to be more careful when I go between accounts. Thanks rsot!

I do use the same IP each time for every account. Except I had the one account running last night and when I turned the PC on I thought I changed the IP back to which account I went on (forgot to check) always check people! haha. But it was my first time with that IP so I guess Im good!

Always bear in mind it takes more than just IP to suspend/link you...they wont suspend you from same IP alone.

Use ip test website as you home page.... Also in Microsoft paint create a picture and just write the text of your user name example Sell4more2 in large bold text and then make it your background picture....

^ check out 'bginfo' - freeware and handy if you like info shown on your desktop
(I also do what you say - made a picture in paint with user name - handy for me)

I use bginfo to show my windows user name, my ip address and mac address

I have also found 'show my ip' - freeware software to be a useful tool for checking ip - you can set it to auto check from every 1 minute or 5 or 10 etc. - and if it changes, a message and sound happen

I have a post it note on my laptop so everytime I open it is says MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING THE RIGHT IP , cause I am pretty sure I would forget sometime.

I hate it when that happens!! Usually it's all good and nothing happens.
