Wrote Jeff Bezos
So...one of my accounts went down...and I was sure I lost it to the wind. They had just transferred money to me, but it did not drop in my account when I noticed that the account was erased...and I was shut out completely from Amazon.com.
No email telling me what happened.
No response from customer service.
I have been through this before.
But...this time...I wrote the Jeff Bezos email, told them that I had done nothing wrong, that this was a pitiful way to treat customers, and that they should be ashamed of themselves for this behavior.
So I go into my bank account, and there is the money! Shocked, I went back into that email (that I had pretty much abandoned) and there is an email saying that I had been reinstated...the drop notification...and sales that I now have to scramble to fill.
So...some proof that life exists at the heartless evil black-souled company...
