Appeal on Seller Account Review

I appealed and they said I should expect a response within 24 hours, but I did not.

Is this normal?

My other appeals have always been within 24 hours.

What is the longest someone has had a reply and how long should I wait to email them? I do not want to do a rolling reserve and need that money to eep my account going

Seen appeals take up to a week at times (sorry).
Most of the time it is with 24 hrs, but they sure know how to take their time and piss us off.

I dont want to keep selling and then not get my money till rolling reserve kicks in

Should I wait a few days to email them or will that tick them off?

Its a simple review because I ship small items without tracking and had this happen before and they responded within 12 hours and lifted the rolling reserve. I think it was a bot that triggered it like last time
