Roling Reserve

I'm having trouble figuring out the rolling reserve because of an account review pending

I was supposed to get $10,000 disbursed on the 15th before the rolling reserve kicked in If I don't sell anything in the next 7 days and my balance remains the same how much will I get disbursed and when?

They decide when & play games. For example mines is under review been 28 days balance 2200. Said 1600 was going to transfer last night they did a settlement and only $400 was sent to bank and then $1000 next week keeps changing. It's whatever they decide but it's a small percentage.

No I didnt appeal. I was hoping it would go away. Every week on the settlement days always promised to deposit something but was always nothing. This is the first payment in 28 days so at least it's something and not suspended. Thinking about not selling anymore and move to a new account until it pays out.
