Long story short I lost thousands to scammers on Amazon and I'm 99% sure I can win at least 10% of the losses if I complain to the right department. I tried to appeal but most of them failed.
If you can, please share an email of someone between the appeal department and Jeff Bezos. I know I can win some of those claims because I already won similar claims after appealing. The problem is that some of the employees are too lazy or stupid or aren't trained enough.
I also wonder how long customers can open AZ claims and return requests? is it 60 or 90 or 180 like Paypal?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
How long after you are delivering items are people returning them? Return rates are usually only 2/3% only. What sort of return % are you getting and what is the reason for the return most the time?
I don't want to share more because I don't want the wrong people to use the info.
Trust me the problem is not my items, the problem is the scammers/competitors.
I have been selling on Amazon for more than a year and only in the last couple of month it's been a nightmare.
I appreciate your help but all I need is an email to contact someone higher than the appeal department. I'm positive that I might be able to get some of my money back.
This is pretty strict and clean forum. Why not explain how the scam is going down aka this also helps others on here who sell on Amazon and even on eBay...
It's a mix of couple of strategies and I know I can win one of them because I got strong evidence to prove the scam. I really think the appeal department should get rid of some employees. The same person did the same scam on couple of my stores and got away with thousands. It's ridiculous how obvious his scam was and he still got away with it!

if you dont want to share then why asking for help?
and what asked to share your personal information?
amazon and another system works on some principle once you know them all well and good and u will not loose single penny
My biggest problem with returns are people who make up a problem just to avoid the restocking fee. I have not been bold enough to charge the restocking fee for "defective" returns when there is nothing wrong with the item, but I don't believe I would win an A to Z case anyway just by saying there were no defects when I got it back

I just want an email of someone higher than the appeal department and I shared because I thought there is a chance that someone more experienced than me had the same situation. It's worth a shot.
Again, I'm not going to share how the scam works, sorry. You might think it's obvious and you might be right. Let's just leave it alone.

Yes that's quite normal 50% of my return works fine without any issue but what can you do
Here is what happened in one of the worst cases.
The customer opened an AZ "item not received" claim.
I uploaded tracking showing that the item was delivered to his address.
I was 100% sure I'm going to win but for some weird reason they decided to give him a refund. I got a little angry and filed an appeal.
I explained in the appeal how to track items and gave them a link to prove the item was delivered to make sure they can see it!
They wrote that they can't send the money back until the buyer agrees to send it back.
I got even more angry.
After long conversation with the buyer he agreed to return my money.
I wrote in the appeal case and uploaded evidence that the buyer agreed to give my money back. Amazon wrote that there is nothing they can do.
WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!
I'm considering to take this to court. What would you do?

This story cant be true
must be something which you missing
first of all if tracking number track online then amazon dont issue refund and close the case.
now you saying they refused your claim that its already refund, as even if its amazon fault they reimburse the money
There are 2 reasons I can think of but it's still doesn't make sense.
The first is that the package been received like 3 days late. Which means instead of like 10 day delivery, he got it after 13 or a little more. He was claiming that he never got it so I still should have won.
The other reason is that I had a very horrible day and I was very angry when I wrote to this customer that according to his religion, they will cut his arm for stealing and more nasty stuff. It was a huge mistake to let my emotions intervene and that's possibly the reason I lost it but it's still not fair and I still think if I complain to the right department I might win this.
I also got issues with one competitor that stealing very expensive items and returning crap and I can prove it because he did the same thing on 4 of my stores and it's obvious that his a scammer but this stupid appeal department just too lazy to check!
I hate Amazon so much!
It was on the edge of acceptable. In reality I would break his arms for stealing my items.
I'm giving my customers the best service I can until I'm 100% sure his a scammer, then I use whatever is necessary to make him pay my money back.In this case it worked and he wants to give it back but the appeal department not accepting it for some stupid reason.
This week a customer opened an AZ after approx. 350 days claiming he didn't receive the package. I no longer had the tracking so I lost 400$ after 350 days. Amazing.

You told him they would cut his arm off? Literally what the **** is wrong with you? You sent that through amazon? If I was Amazon I would have straight up suspended you. Even if a customer is doing something shady that is not how you should be talking to people. Thats ****ing retarded.
