Please help me with writing an appealing letter for Amazon suspension!!
Hello. My account has been suspended due to late shipment. The late shipment happened just early of this week and up to now, I had a good rating on shipment. I wrote an appealing letter now. Please read and give me some advise. Here it is. Thanks.
Hello. First of all, I apologize for making a trouble with late shipment rate. I had to go out of town because of my family issue. I admit that it's my fault not to turn the vacation setting on.
-Status of late shipment-
The order for 3 days[Monday 8/15 - Wednesday 8/17] were late but all were taken care of on the 4th day[Thursday 8/18]. And after that, we could ship out orders normally on time. and now, all of the orders had shipped out.
-A Plan of Action-
If I have to have some days off, I will;
1. Put all listings on vacation setting/Close our store temporarily until I come back.
2. Ship out all unshipped orders before my days off.
3. Make sure if any orders were remained(pending orders could become actual orders as my last shipment was taken care of)
4. Even though I close the store, I can still communicate with customer. So, I'll check the message box every day.
Please consider to check out my other seller metrics and customer reviews to see how we tried hard for customer satisfaction. I want you to know that up to now, we tried hard to maintain the late shipping rate in low. It's just one time mistake about late shipment and I promise it will not happen ever.
