Re: Listing blocked due to competitor. PLEASE advise
Massage it a bit, but this has worked for me.
This is in regards to our listing having been removed because of a buyer complaint for “wrong item, product not as advertised”. We believe that the removal was in error, and request that the listing be reinstated.
In response to the removal, we are hereby submitting this plan of action that will explain what the issues are and how we will correct them. The issue that caused the complaint was from a customer who said that the item was not as identified. We have reviewed our listing carefully as well as all of the feedback that we have received for the product. All of our products are purchased in brand new condition and sent directly to Fullfilment by Amazon or to the customer directly from our fulfillment center.
Based on the above, we have reviewed Amazons terms. We have attached invoices for the ASIN showing the items in new condition. We are also including photographs of our product for your review. As you can see we purchased the ASIN from a legitimate supplier in brand new condition. The item description, image, and our content on the listing all exactly match the item that we sell. Nonetheless, our action plan is as follows:
1) We will improve our quality control process by adding additional checks to make sure that every product is exactly as described.
2) We will review our listing and feedback on a regular basis to make sure that no changes are needed.
Finally, we have also reviewed Amazons product detail page rules, prohibited seller activities, and condition guidelines and we agree to continue abiding by those terms. If there is anything else you need please let me know. Thank you.
