When did this happen?

I was suspended from Amazon about 6 months ago...i have opened a new Stealth account and listed some magazines and such to get started... now when I try to list pocket knives I have to be approved... when did they put limitations in this category? I used to sell all types of brands of knives but now they are all by approval... anyone can help me with this? Thank you
