Hi there, i am now here. Hope i can get some advice.

My paypal was limited 3 years ago, can i open a new pp account now with the same banking information but in different address?

You really need to spent some time reading the forum.

You would easily see that stealth means stealth, completely hidden, complete new information, a brand new you.

You cannot use any information from a limited or banned account.

Spending lots of time reading through the different sections here will pay for itself over and over again.

No you cant have the same bank information on two separate paypal accounts.
Even if the addresses are different.
Paypal doesn't allow for it.
